We start by identifying what's there and sorting it into what sells and what should be scrapped. Saleable assets go to market through managed auctions or direct sales to our buyer network. 1. Site survey
We visit site and work through what's there, identifying what holds resale value, what goes to scrap, and what needs dismantling or demolition.
2. Resale
Commercially viable assets are catalogued and taken to market through our auction platform or sold directly.
3. Dismantling and removal
Fixed structures and installed equipment are dismantled and removed safely, so nothing is written off simply because it's bolted down.
4. Scrap and recycling
Assets not suitable for resale are compliantly recycled. Scrap still carries value, so it still contributes a return rather than becoming a cost.
5. Reporting
You receive a fully auditable account of what was sold, what was recycled and what returns were generated.
6. Payment
You receive your funds!
Eight years of site clearance with NRS
Our partnership with Nuclear Restoration Services began in 2018 at Bradwell, where a large volume of redundant equipment needed removing to help clear the site. That work helped Bradwell become the first nuclear power station in the country to enter its care and maintenance phase.
Eight years on, the partnership spans 12 sites from Dounreay to Dungeness — 76,794 items rehomed, 220 collections made, and £787,500 generated for NRS. Assets that would otherwise have been scrapped or sent to landfill have found new homes with over 600 customers across 8 countries.
