About Ramco

Neil created Ramco in 1996 and still leads the business on a daily basis, helping to set its direction while supporting the team and building strong relationships with customers and clients. He particularly enjoys the variety of assets and projects that pass through Ramco.

Neil enjoys spending time with family and friends when he isn't working, as well as field sports, watching rugby, and travelling to Cape Town.

Mark has been with Ramco since 2011 and oversees finance, HR, IT and compliance across the business. He enjoys analysing data, solving problems and using Microsoft Excel.

Away from work, Mark spends his time with his wife, sons and grandson. He also enjoys cycling, DIY, cake, and good coffee (not all at the same time).

Ade joined Ramco in 1997 and oversees operations, account management, marine sales, training and health and safety. He particularly enjoys the challenges that come with marine assets and offsite projects.

When he isn't at work, Ade enjoys spending time with family, walking his dog and taking his motorbike out for a ride.

Elliott joined Ramco in 2013 and now leads the sales team, overseeing capital asset sales and complex projects. He enjoys tackling challenging sales opportunities and finding solutions for unusual projects around the world.

Elliott can often be found planning his next holiday in his free time, and is also a big football fan, supporting Manchester United (for his sins).

Rachel has been with Ramco since 1997 and looks after management reporting, client reporting and financial administration. She enjoys the variety of the role and the fact that no two days are ever the same.

Rachel can often be found gardening or working on one of her craft projects in her free time, and also enjoys walking her Chihuahua, Fraggle.

Teddy joined Ramco in 2019 and leads the business development team, helping clients find the right asset disposal solutions while building long-term relationships. He particularly enjoys meeting new people and talking about the range of services Ramco offers.

When he isn't working, Teddy enjoys Modern Jive dancing, improving his cottage garden, and spending time away with family, friends, his wife and dog.

Henry joined Ramco in 2020 and develops customer relationships while managing projects across a variety of sectors. He particularly enjoys building relationships within new industries and helping organisations discover the services Ramco can offer.

In his spare time, Henry enjoys field sports, skiing whenever he gets chance, and also supping the occasional pint of Guinness.

Lily joined Ramco in 2023 and focuses on building client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. She enjoys meeting new people and visiting new places as part of her role.

Lily enjoys spending time with family and friends when not working, and going to music festivals.

Sam joined Ramco in 2023 and supports a wide range of business development activities, including account management, invoicing and identifying new opportunities. She enjoys the variety of the role and working with a diverse mix of clients.

Sam is passionate about all things equestrian, and in her free time can usually be found riding her horse or enjoying holidays both at home and abroad.

Liam joined as a Marketing Exec in 2019 and now as Supervisor oversees marketing and  comms across the business - including sales and auctions, business development, military textiles, and Operation Upcycle. 

Often seen hiking in the Lake District or watering his lawn, which he tries (and mostly fails) to make green every summer!

James joined the Ramco team at the beginning of 2025 and looks after marketing across social media, email, blogs and more. He enjoys the variety of the role and tackling new projects.

James can usually be found painting Warhammer miniatures in his free time, or working on his latest home DIY project.

Ben joined Ramco in 2020 and supervises auction operations while helping to improve efficiency across the business. He also has the job of filming video content for the assets and especially enjoys it when a drum kit goes into the auction.

Outside of work, Ben plays drums in The Coldplay Tribute band and performs at venues all across the UK including Trafalgar Square in front of the National Gallery.

Paul has been with Ramco since 2000 and manages textile e-commerce orders while overseeing dedicated textile sales. He takes pride in delivering great service and ensuring customers are happy with the results.

Paul can be found on the golf course when not working, or creating and streaming gaming content online.

Daphne joined Ramco in 2020 and manages exports and accounts receivable while also supporting sales, logistics and IT. She enjoys the challenge of international trade and working with people from all over the world.

In her spare time Daphne enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and showing off her moves on Just Dance.

Adam joined Ramco in 2025 and helps prepare and manage auctions, from asset photography through to customer collections and offsite events. He particularly enjoys offsite projects and the opportunity to work in different environments.

When he isn't working, Adam plays hockey for Horncastle Hockey Club.

Luke joined Ramco in August 2025 as an Administration Executive in the sales team, assisting mainly with the “get in” and “get out” of the commercial and military textiles auctions. He enjoys the variety of the role and dealing with customers, by telephone, email, and in person.

Luke enjoys going to music festivals whenever he gets the chance, and spending time with his daughters.

Sam joined Ramco in 2015 and manages National Highways contracts alongside large-scale decommissioning and project management programmes. He enjoys the variety of projects and the unique challenges each one brings.

Sam is a scratch golfer and can usually be found out on the golf course or managing his son's football team in his spare time.

Sarah joined Ramco in 2021 and oversees compliance while managing several specialist contracts across the business, including the MoD Scrap and Hazardous Waste contracts. She enjoys the variety of the role and the unusual assets and projects that come her way.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with her children and attending theatre shows and concerts.

Michelle joined Ramco in 2015 and oversees logistics, stock control and quality control operations. She enjoys the variety of assets handled by the business and the fact that every day brings something different.

When she isn't at work, Michelle can usually be found spending her time gardening.

Flo joined Ramco in 2021 and organises the transport of assets from clients to Ramco, coordinating collections to ensure everything arrives ready to be processed and sold. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of the role and the variety that each day brings.

Flo is a passionate Welsh rugby fan and regularly heads to Cardiff to watch the rugby whenever she gets the chance.

Susan joined Ramco in 2024 and manages the portable battery and hazardous waste accounts, looking after quotations, invoicing, reporting and day-to-day client support. She particularly enjoys the variety of the role and working on larger or more unusual projects.

Susan is a keen runner and in her spare time regularly takes on half marathons and 10Ks across the UK and abroad, often turning race weekends into city breaks.

Martin joined Ramco in 2020 and plays a key role in making sure auctions run smoothly and on time, while ensuring inbound and outbound deliveries are handled efficiently. He particularly enjoys the fast-paced nature of auction days and the challenge of keeping everything on schedule.

Martin enjoys spending his free time coaching his sons' football team and spending quality time with his family.

Sarah joined Ramco in 2025 and became Textiles Supervisor in 2026, supporting the textiles team wherever she's needed including keeping daily production logs and helping with deliveries. She enjoys working across different areas of the business and discovering something new every day.

Sarah is an enthusiastic Lego collector, and enjoys walking her dogs and gardening when she isn't at work.

Dan joined Ramco in 2023 and is key to the organised running of inbound assets and ensuring the team processes tasks accurately and efficiently. He particularly enjoys when larger machines and unique vehicles come in, having to figure out what they are so they can be processed correctly.

When he's not at work, Dan enjoys cooking, or can often be found gaming.
