Ramco today announced that, after an independent audit in November 2025, it has achieved ISO 27001 certification – the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management (ISMS).
Adding to its existing Cyber Essentials Plus certification, ISO 27001 comprehensively scrutinises business operations and goes one step further in reinforcing Ramco’s expertise in risk management and protecting confidential information across its operations.
As digital threats continue to evolve, maintaining strong and dependable information security systems is more important than ever. This certification highlights Ramco’s robust processes and data protection practices and strengthens its position as a trusted choice for businesses and the general public.
This achievement expands Ramco’s existing foundation of ISO certifications, with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) already achieved. Collectively they underpin Ramco’s commitment to high standards of compliance and continuous improvement across its operations. With these certifications, Ramco has a solid bedrock to meet future regulatory requirements and support its continued growth.
Mark Watson, Finance Director at Ramco, commented:
“Information security is critical to the success of our operations, and our clients and customers need to be able to trust in Ramco that we’re committed to doing things properly.
“Achieving ISO 27001 certification means we’ve put every aspect of our systems under the microscope and, as a result, demonstrated we have the right processes and systems in place across the business to effectively manage the security of information.
“It’s a big step forward in our compliance journey and one that gives everyone that we work with more confidence in how we operate.”
