RAMCO - TENDER GUIDELINES
AUGUST 2010 ONWARDS

COLLECTION
All items will be removed within the timeframe listed - usually 1 working week following notification. Failure to remove goods within the prescribed time frame will result in the order being cancelled. If the goods have been paid for then the Purchaser will be refunded less the handling charge. If you cannot collect within the time frame please do not bid.

PACKAGING
If you require your goods to be packaged ready for collection by a third party then we need to be informed by 5pm on the following Monday after notification. Failure to inform us by this time will result in your goods not being packaged.

CARRIERS/COURIERS
Items that are being collected by third party carriers will be ready for collection from Midday on the Wednesday during collection week until 5pm on the Friday, please do not arrange for collection before this time as we cannot guarantee that your items will be ready for collection and your carrier may be turned away.

STORAGE
Under no circumstances will Ramco be able to store/hold your items beyond tender collection week, so please do not ask.

NOTIFICATION
You will be notified on the Friday after the tender closes, initially by phone if we cannot get hold of you a message will be left and an
email sent where available. We will not make further attempts to get hold of you, if you do not here from us on the Friday you have not been successful. Please do not call us on the Thursday/Friday to see if you have won anything as we will be calling you, again if you do not hear from us on the Friday you have not been successful.
